Reservation

Rental agreement and conditions:

• 25% down payment in order to confirm reservation.
  The balance must be sent 1 month before the date of stay
  Security Deposit : € 1,500, to be paid 1 month prior to arrival, to be given back one week after the departure.
  Prices are before tax.

Included :

• Daily Housekeeping on demand, except on week-ends  and Holidays.
• Linen, pool towels, replaced every two days.
• Personal cleaning and ironing NOT included.
